Yes, its that time of year again, MUSIKMESSE 2018 was back with more new products. So what did MUSIKMESSE 2018 have in store this year then? Heres a few products which were announced: CLAVIA NORD PIANO 4-  Now in its fourth generation, you get expanded polyphony (120 voices), Layer & split with split point cross fades, seamless transitions etc STEINBERG UR-RT USB AUDIO INTERFACES- Steinberg have collaborated with Rupert Neve to create this audio interfaces. There will be 2, UR-RT 2 & UR-RT 4. Back in November  2017 Gibson announced that CAKEWALK SONAR would be sadly discontinued. However, CAKEWALK is back & has a new version  thanks to BANDLAB. It is called CAKEWALK BY BANDLAB. Hi! Everyone, Hope you are ok. As some of you may or may not know I've been working on a brand new EP called TOKYO NIGHTS. The idea for the EP came whilst I was working on the collaboration with CODE D (' Fragments '). Before we started the songs itself I asked CODE D what other music he liked, he told me SYNTHWAVE (aka Retrowave or Outrun). I'll be honest  I had never really heard of synthwave music before & went to youtube to listen to some songs. The first song I really liked was 'Sunset'-THE MIDNIGHT, after that I started to like more synthwave music & artists. Its not just the music I like, its that 80s retro artwork (neon, etc) & also the synthesizers (Roland Juno 106, Roland Juno 60, Korg Polysix, Yamaha DX7 etc).
