 DYSON have announced 'Air-Purifying Headphones'. Yes, you did read that correctly. These headphones are bluetooth & noise-cancelling. The air purifier is built in via a magnetic face visor. The idea is to reduce is that when wearing these headphones it reduces air & noise pollution. Apparently, the visor does not make contact with your face, it sits on front of your face, creating a gap. The mask is removable, so you can just use the headphones. At the moment of writing this there is no mention of price or when they will be available to purchase (Rumour is around late 2022) Hmmm! Im not sure about these headphones. I can kind of understand maybe why Dyson have created these headphones. They are certainly different.  Universal Audio have announced: 'SPARK'. So what is SPARK? Well, it's a platform that allows you to run their plugins natively without the Universal Audios hardware via subscription. At the time of writing this not all their plugins are available on the 'Spark' platform. (ONLY available on MAC for now. Windows is due later 2022) Here is a list of the plugins (available now): TELETRONIX LA2A COLLECTION API 2500 BUS COMPRESSOR UA 1176 COLLECTION PURE PLATE REVERB GALAXY TAPE ECHO LEXICON 224 DIGITAL REVERB API VISION CHANNEL STRIP PLUS NEVE 1073 PREAMP & EQ STUDER A800 TAPE MACHINE OPAL SYNTHESIZER (Exclusive to SPARK) MOOG MINIMOOG WATERFALL B3 If you own any of the above plugins you should get them for free on UA SPARK via UA CONNECT. (You will need an ILOK account) The subscription is around $20 (plus taxes outside the US).  Im assuming that more plugins will be added soon.
