What are the new features: SPECTRAL ZONE- Change playback speed (without changing the pitch), Formant shift etc SHAPER ENVELOPE FM LAB- New 'Synth' TALES- A 'Guitar' NEW INTERFACE DECOMPOSE SAMPLES 10 NEW EFFECTS NEW MIXER APPLE SILICON SUPPORT NO NEED FOR A DONGLE I'll be honest i've never really been much of a fan the interface for HALION but I think the latest version looks a lot better. If you have a license for CUBASE 12 you should be able to upgrade from HALION SONIC SE to HALION SONIC 7 for free. (I'm not sure if it works with previous versions of Cubase). I have upgraded & not experienced any problem
