I know a few times I've mentioned BEHRINGER  on this blog. After the 'Deepmind 12' synth they released last year. BEHRINGER seemed to of comeback with plans to recreate classic synths. A few years ago BEHRINGER mentioned about re-creating the: 'ARP ODYSSEY'. Recently its the: 'MINIMOOG' Clone for Eurorack & the OBERHEIM OB-Xa synths. Earlier this year BEHRINGER announced they were planning to make affordable analog synths starting from around £39 ($49). This could be a good idea. Analog synths these days are not cheap.  If BEHRINGER do decide to recreate these classic synths, i do feel they need to be made well. Not feel cheap & plasticy. Does BEHRINGER really need to recreate these synths? I'll be honest at the moment various synths are being recreated e.g.. Roland Boutique range etc, Yamaha with the CS series. Have you ever listened to a piece of music or part of a piece of music & it has given you chills? You know the feeling where you get shivers down your spine or goosebumps etc. This is called: FRISSON. Its kinda like an emotional feeling. Recently KANYE WEST released a 17 minute long version of the song: 'Bed' (Originally by J HOLLIDAY). After listening to it, yes it does go on a bit. Did it really need to be 17 minutes? Anyway, moving on Over the years some songs have been quite long & a few that are even more than 17 minutes. Here's a few: 'Sister Ray'- THE VELVET UNDERGROUND (Just over 17 mins. Apparently the engineer got so bored, he walked out of the studio. Oh dear) 'Echoes'-PINK FLOYD (Only lasts just over 23 mins) 'Autobahn'-KRAFTWERK (Nearly 23 mins) 'Blue Room'- THE ORB (Just under 40 mins long. I do remember this song back in 1992. The edited version was about 3 mins, i think. After about 25 mins you kinda get the familiar part of the song.
