THE HICKORY & DICKORY?

Recently a new company called OH MY BYTES released details of 2 brand new midi controllers. They were: THE HICKORY & THE DICKORY. 
I have to say these are a great idea, I'm excited😀😀
Why? Well, if you are a fan of Fabfilters Pro Q 2, Compressor C2 &  Pro L2 Limiter then these controllers are ideally for you. I have to say I am a fan of Fabfilters plugins (especially the Pro Q2, I use that EQ on a lot of my mixes, Im a huge fan of the Pro Q2)

  • THE HICKORY- This midi controller is for the Pro Q2 (it can be used for other midi eq plugins) It comes with 1 High Pass Filter, 1 low pass filter & 5 parametric eq bands etc 
  • THE DICKORY- The upper part of this controller is for the Pro C2 (compressor) & lower part for the Pro L2 (limiter)

I don't normally put in a pre-order for music gear, however this time was an exception. I couldn't resist pre-ordering THE HICKORY.

 Hi! Everyone, Hope you are all ok. Welcome back to my music blog. Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me & my music over the past year. A huge thank you to everyone who has read this blog, streamed/ purchased my music, continued to support me etc😃😃.  I'll be honest its been very tough year for me due to personal reasons. However, I did finally release my ' Miami 1984' EP which i'm very pleased about (Featuring a song with the talented songwriter Niamh Quinn). GRANDE ARTIST?

ARIANA GRANDE is no stranger to the charts. Recently ARIANA managed to get the top 1, 2 & 3 spots on the billboard top 100 charts simultaneously. The last time this happened was in 1964 by THE BEATLES who got all 5 top spots. At the moment 11 songs from her album 'Thank you, Next' album are in the top 40. (The only song from the album that hasn't made the top 40 is 'Make up'). DRAKE nearly managed this when 2 of his songs were at spots 1 & 2 & 4 simultaneously.
