PRESONUS ATOM?

PreSonus have announced a new midi pad controller, called the ATOM. I do believe this is the first midi pad controller PreSonus have ever released.

Features include:


  • 16 pads (all velocity sensitive, RGB, LED)
  • 8 pad banks
  • 20 buttons
  • 4 rotary knobs
  • 'Keyboard' Mode
  • USB 2
  • Studio Artist One  (DAW)
  • MAC & Windows compatible 
If you are looking for a midi pad controller & DAW software then this could be for you. It looks very portable. Good for studio & Live use. I think you can set up multiple Atom controllers for live use etc.

At the moment of writing this it retails at around £130 (includes midi controller & Studio Artist One)

I think this looks a good little portable controller

CUBASE & LOGIC PRO X- BYPASS ALL PLUGINS!

A few weeks ago someone posted in Facebook group about how to Bypass ALL plugins in Cubase 8.5. (As some of you may know i use Cubase 8.5 in the main studio). It's a lot quicker than turning off each individual plugin. Here's how to do this: CUBASE- Go to File  Key Commands  Mixer (Section) Bypass Inserts Type in box a key (e.g. B etc) Assign OK When you press that key all plugins should be bypassed on the mixer LOGIC PRO X- As far as i know at the moment you cannot just press one button/ key & turn all the plugins off simultaneously.
