MOST EXPENSIVE GUITAR?

A few months ago I mentioned about a guitar that was valued at around £400,000 that was once owned by JOHN LENNON & GEORGE HARRISON  (THE BEATLES). However, recently a guitar that PRINCE once owned ('Blue Angel Cloud 2') sold at auction for over £500,000.  Is this the most expensive guitar ever sold? No. Even though DAVID GILMOUR'S 'Black Strat' sold for $3.8 million last year its still not the most expensive guitar.

So what is the most expensive guitar ever sold?

It's ' The Martin 1959 Martin D-18E'. This guitar was used by KURT COBAIN for NIRVANA'S MTV UNPLUGGED in 1993. This guitar sold for $6,010,000. WOW! That is expensive. A piece of rock history though

CUBASE & LOGIC PRO X- BYPASS ALL PLUGINS!

A few weeks ago someone posted in Facebook group about how to Bypass ALL plugins in Cubase 8.5. (As some of you may know i use Cubase 8.5 in the main studio). It's a lot quicker than turning off each individual plugin. Here's how to do this: CUBASE- Go to File  Key Commands  Mixer (Section) Bypass Inserts Type in box a key (e.g. B etc) Assign OK When you press that key all plugins should be bypassed on the mixer LOGIC PRO X- As far as i know at the moment you cannot just press one button/ key & turn all the plugins off simultaneously. You can row by row.  Here's a quick video tutorial : Hope this helps Until next time Law Official Website LW Music Services Twitter Facebook (Law) Facebook (LW Music Services) Youtube Instagram Soundbetter

Everyone, this week's FEATURED ARTIST OF THE WEEK is the very talented  singer-songwriter, musician  & producer JELLY CLEAVER JELLY CLEAVER Please introduce yourself I’m a singer-songwriter, jazz guitarist and producer. I’m also an activist and this really influences my music and the lyrics I write. I love lots of different genres so have quite an eclectic style and like to throw myself into different music scenes. I’m really into the jazz scene and the punk/DIY scene in London at the moment.   How did you get into music? I started playing guitar as soon as I could hold one pretty much because my dad was a guitar teacher, and I’ve always had a really deep connection to music. I’ve tried lots of different aspects of music out though, from leading an African singing and drumming ensemble to starting a rock band. I just love music in all its forms.   What instruments do you play? Guitar’s my first instrument but when I’m recording my own mu
